The Morrison Government has partnered with Standards Australia to allow access to AS 3959: 2018 Construction of Buildings in Bushfire Prone Areas for free until 30 June 2021.
This initiative will help support the recovery and rebuilding of bushfire-ravaged communities.
Master Builders supports this initiative and commends both the Morrison Government and Standards Australia given the value that it provides to those that have been affected by the devasting effects of bushfires and the accessibility it provides to industry to standards that help improve quality building.
Due to coronoavirus pandemic restrictions, the ABCB was unable to visit each capital city to deliver their 2020 NCC seminars. In place of their usual webcast event, they have prepared 12 videos that address common technical enquiries related to the National Construction Code Volumes 1 and 2.
