Building Reports

Our team can provide a range of reports on both proposed and existing buildings, including preliminary reports, compliance reports, essential services reports and Bushfire Assessment Level (BAL) ratings.

Applications & Appeals

We can prepare applications to councils for siting dispensations, or apply to the fire brigade for consent to vary from code requirements and also assist with appeals to the Building Appeals Board.
