*If you have not received your order within the advised timelines, please check with your local post office as some larger items that will not fit in a standard letterbox will be taken direct to the Post Office without a note to the address.

We strongly advise all orders be registered or express post so that we can track deliveries should there be any problems. Master Builders will not accept responsibility for standard post items lost in transit.

Sub-Contract (SC8)

Description

Sub-Contract (SC8) sets out legal rights and obligations arising between Building and sub-contractor in performing work pursuant to a head commercial contract. The subcontract SC8 is commonly used in addition to our Commercial Building Contract (GCC6) and/or the Master Builders Australia- ABIC Major Works Contract.
