MBV has Migrated to eDocs

We would like to remind our eContracts users that we have migrated to eDocs - a new, streamlined digital contracts and documents system!

Access to eContracts ended on Friday, 22nd December, at midday, meaning contracts are no longer available to complete or download through the eContracts system.

Members can access eDocs by logging onto the MBV website. The username and password used to access ‘eContracts’ will also apply to eDocs. You can access eDocs via our website here. 

We have a number of video demonstrations available on our YouTube here. 

If you have unused eContracts amounts after this closure date, please fill out this form to let us know and we’ll get in touch with you before the end of January, 2024.
