We are looking for a Building Assessor who will be working as part of the Building Assessment team and reporting to the Manager.

The Building Assessor will assess;

• whether domestic building work is defective,
• is incomplete under the Domestic Building Contracts Act 1995
• or is non-compliant under the Building Act 1993
• and prepare high quality domestic building assessment reports on findings.

Please note that candidates must:

• Hold or be eligible to obtain registration as a registered building practitioner with the Victorian Building Authority under the Building Act 1993 or an Architect registered under the Architects Act 1991

• Hold a current Victorian Drivers Licence

* $44 Hourly Rate plus superannuation and daily travel allowance

We are looking for an experienced construction labourer to start immediately.

Previous experience working on a commercial building site and White Card are a must.

You must be comfortable using power tools such as: cordless drill, jack hammer etc.

The role would involve: site clean up, floor protection, temp fencing and various other general labouring duties.
