Documentation can serve as a means of protecting your business by demonstrating that you have done all that you reasonably could to eliminate or reduce risks. Documentation can be useful for tendering and demonstrating to a client that you have the appropriate regard for safety in your business undertakings. One day, you may aspire to be accredited against an Australian or International Safety, Quality or Environmental management system standard and solid documentation can assist you in achieving that formal recognition.
