Training Venue Hire


Master Builders Victoria can offer affordable venue hire options for both members and non members, with discounts available on all bookings for MBV members. Our training rooms are suitable for meetings, seminars, corporate events, product launches, workshops, training purposes, or any event where you are looking for some space. All our rooms are equipped with AV facilities, and can be configured to your requirements.

Catering can be arranged at all venues. Morning teas with cakes, fruit and pastries, lunches of hot food or sandwiches and wraps, or menus of your own creations. Please ensure to request catering when booking a venue if you would like to include this option.

Master Builders Victoria – 332 Albert Street, East Melbourne

East Melbourne Room Hire Rates/Booking form

Located on the fringe of Melbourne’s central business district, the Master Builders Victoria Head Office holds 4 training rooms, a fully functioning commercial kitchen and a breakout area with kitchenette facilities in a large break-out area. If you are after a larger space, rooms 1 and 2 can be opened up for large seminars, workshops or corporate events, with the option of catering available.

There are several parking options including metered on-street and nearby Wilsons Parking, and the venue is easily accessible by tram and trains, with the closest stations being Jolimont and Parliament.

Leadership Simulation Centre (LSC) – 49 Brady Street, South Melbourne

The LSC is available for hire for both training purposes and corporate events, including product launches, conferences, functions, business workshops, planning days and exhibitions. Our team can help make your next event a success.
Located on the fringe of Melbourne’s central business district, the LSC is a welcoming space with dedicated onsite parking, reception and onsite support staff, high speed internet and complimentary Wi-Fi.

We offer a brand new venue with an ergonomic environment filled with natural light and climate controlled rooms. Two training rooms, the simulation centre and our manual handling warehouse are all available for hire at highly competitive rates. Master Builders’ membership discounts apply. Additional equipment such as audio visual equipment, lecterns and flipcharts are also available. Catering can be arranged as well to ensure you get the most out of your event.

Training Rooms

Located on the first floor, Training Rooms 1 and 2 can be used individually or, along with the nearby breakout room, opened up to create one large space for your training needs or next corporate event. Both rooms are filled with natural lighting and overlook the redesigned section of the West Gate Freeway as well as the South Wharf precinct.

Meeting Rooms

The ground floor hosts a bright meeting room fitted out to comfortably hold up to eight people.

Simulation Centre

Your next corporate or training event will be a success in our Simulation Centre, fully equipped with a 15-metre wide parabolic screen that is certain to provide a wow factor. We can also arrange for our specialist actors, observers and director to be on hand for you if needed.

Manual Handling

The spacious manual handling warehouse is perfect for a wide range of training purposes, including working safely from heights, working in confined spaces, working on elevated platforms and with basic scaffolding. It is also the perfect place for your next product launch.

Located in a central location, the Wodonga office holds a room which can be arranged for training days, workshops, seminars or meetings. The room holds approx. 15-20 people, depending on the required set up.
