Managing Onsite Safety equips you with the knowledge and up-to-date legislated safety responsibilities and accountabilities to ensure adherence to safety standards and the quality of supervision required to drive better safety outcomes for you, your project team and your organisation.
Participants will:
– Understand how to interpret and apply recently updated legislation and changes to Workplace Manslaughter laws to educate and ensure safety obligations are understood and practiced on construction site
– Enhance their leadership capabilities and ability to set standards and influence behaviour
– Develop new consultative and communication skills and techniques; Gain valuable experience in the practical application of OHS
– Understand the relevant OHS accountabilities and the importance of ensuring that responsibilities are met
– Use positive and negative performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities and deliver better safety outcomes on their sites.
