Building Permit Applications

This course is delivered and assessed by Master Builders Association of Victoria (RTO no 3935). On successful completion of all course requirements, including assessment and attendance, students will be issued with a Statement of Attainment by Master Builders Association of Victoria (RTO no 3935).

Course Overview

This course is suitable if you are a qualified tradesperson, registered builder, site manager, construction manager or other building professional involved in applying for, and arranging, building permits.

This course outlines how to manage the building approval application process, including the required documentation, regulatory and planning processes. You will gain skills and knowledge on the following topics:

    • Determine the documentation required for building and planning permits
    • Prepare building and planning permits
    • Evaluate and review the outcome of the application

This short course forms part of the CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building)
