You can purchase products in-store from our East Melbourne office between 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

*If you have not received your order within the advised timelines, please check with your local post office as some larger items that will not fit in a standard letterbox will be taken directly to the Post Office without a note to the address.

We strongly advise all orders be registered or express post so that we can track deliveries should there be any problems. Master Builders will not accept responsibility for standard post items lost in transit.

MBV does not make any guarantees, warranties, or representations about the products except those implied by Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this Refund Policy (Policy) is intended to exclude or limit a customer’s rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If the products you’ve bought are:

• Faulty
• Significantly different to those shown or described to you
• Doesn’t do what it’s supposed to;

Then you are entitled to choose a refund, exchange or credit.

Unfortunately, refunds, exchanges or credit will not automatically apply for simply changing your mind.

Please keep your invoice as proof of purchase, and where possible the items should be in resaleable condition.

Resale and/or redistribution of any items are prohibited.

MBV may amend this Policy from time to time, at their discretion. This amended Policy will apply to all purchases made after the new Policy has been updated on our website. This Policy should be reviewed regularly to stay up to date on any changes.
