Nearly all Master Builders students (98.6 per cent) found employment after studying compared to a national average of about 78 per cent, the latest National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER) report reveals.

The VET student outcomes: 2017 Master Builders Association of Victoria is based on feedback received in 2017 via the Student Satisfaction Survey. It illustrates how Master Builders RTO outperformed the national average in a range of areas, pointing to excellent student outcomes and satisfaction for our award winning training.

Other key results were:

  • 94.8 per cent of Master Builders students found the training relevant to their current job, compared to 79 per cent nationally.
  • 95.9 per cent of students achieved their main reason for doing the training, compared to 84.2 per cent nationally.
  • 95.9 per cent would recommend the training provider, compared to 89.4 per cent average.

Master Builders CEO Radley de Silva said that the results simply confirmed the RTO’s standing as a leader in the industry, having won Victorian Small Training Provider of the Year in 2016.

“Master Builders is an industry leader in quality training and the results of the NCVER report confirm that,” he said.

“With our strong industry connections and relationships, we are uniquely positioned to deliver the best training and education available and we will continue to review our offerings to keep that bar high.”
