In our continued work to enhance the quality of our training offerings, Master Builders Victoria has added two new facets to our CPC40110 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) course, including an integrated session at our state-of-the-art Building Leadership Simulation Centre (BLSC) in South Melbourne, and the option to attend our evening classes using via remote learning technology.

The BLSC’s immersive and realistic training capabilities allow you to take advantage of one of the most effective ways to acquire new skills, making the centre one of only three facilities of its kind in the world.

And for those of you in regional areas such as Ballarat, Bendigo and Traralgon, you now have the option to attend our evening classes through video conferencing, making it possible to participate and interact with the class and speak directly with our expert trainers. You need only to attend the first day of each subject at our East Melbourne facility, conveniently scheduled on Saturdays.

If you are living in a regional area please get in touch and see if this option is suitable for you.

CPC40110 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) is nationally accredited qualification delivered and assessed by Master Builders Association of Victoria (RTO no 3935). In addition to relevant building experience, successful completion of CPC40110 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) will support your application for registration in the class of Domestic Builder (Unlimited).
