R U OK? Is a harm prevention charity that people to have conversations and stay connected to help people stay connected and have conversations that can help others through tough times.

Every day, people experience the highs and lows of life; the signs may be subtle but the most common are changes in behaviour, sleep patterns, energy levels and mood.

The ongoing COVID-19 situation has had a profound effect on our lives, and what we have become accustomed to has changed as we redefine our new normal.
