Keynote speakers include Lucinda Hartley, Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer of Mondus Capital, who will share her insights on the role of financial technology in facilitating investment in urban development.
Joining her is Jonathan Spear, CEO of Infrastructure Victoria, who will provide critical updates of upcoming infrastructure projects and share valuable insights into the evolving landscape of sustainable urban development.
The event will also feature an interactive panel discussion, where leading experts will analyse the challenges facing Victoria’s growth and explore solutions to overcome them.

Speakers / Panellists
Corrie’s current role is as Executive Director, Collaboration & Innovation. Her team works in the fields of policy and advocacy, future built environment, outreach and future skills.
Previously at Master Builders Victoria, she worked in the training area for ten years overseeing activities including careers & outreach, builders registration, immersive industry training and their RTO. In that role, Corrie worked on projects involving future skills requirements and impediments to upskilling and engaging effectively to facilitate behaviour change.
Prior to joining MBV, Corrie managed exhibitions that travelled domestically and internationally, showcasing Australian scientific research. She has a Ph.D. in science and an ongoing interest in paleontology as a volunteer at Monash University/ Melbourne Museum fossil digs.
Lucinda Hartley is an award-winning technology entrepreneur and a leading expert in the social trends shaping the future of work and cities. As an urban futurist, she inspires organisations to think like entrepreneurs and plan for the disruption ahead. Named one of Australia’s 100 Most Influential Women by the Australian Financial Review, Lucinda has spent the past decade building innovative, future-focused companies whose products are now used worldwide to improve data-driven decision-making.
Lucinda helped create the UN Sustainable Development Goals for Cities, has advised Google on city-shaping projects, and has delivered more than 100 neighbourhood improvement projects across Australia as co-founder of social enterprise CoDesign Studio. She is best known as co-founder of urban analytics company Neighbourlytics, where she pioneered world-leading technology for measuring wellbeing and urban life using big data.
Jonathan leads the organisation’s work on Victoria’s 30-year infrastructure strategy, research program and provision of independent advice to the Victorian Government.
Before joining Infrastructure Victoria in 2015, Jonathan held senior executive roles with the Victorian Government Department of Premier and Cabinet, Department of Justice, Victoria Police and Slater and Gordon Lawyers.
Jonathan holds a Doctor of Philosophy in History, Executive Master of Public Administration, Master of Laws, Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts (Honours). He is also a legal practitioner, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Williamson Community Leadership Program, and a director of the Melbourne Forum.
