About the winning project

The home excluding the first floor bedroom, ensuite, walk-in wardrobe and decking was demolished to make way for a more suitable residence for the owners. home was reimagined to suit the owners’ needs. The renovation included a mudroom, which is central to a double garage and a single garage, a bathroom, water closet, laundry, two bedrooms with build-in wardrobes and a study desk installed in pone of these, a media room and wine cellar, dining room and kitchen opening to the alfresco, which overlooks the pool. The wine cellar is placed directly behind the media room with the tinted glass. The dining through to the alfresco has a 25 degree pitch with a conventional roof to get the raked ceilings we have the highlight windows up above the sliding doors which exit onto the outdoor area overlooking the pool.
