Originally this highly coveted land consisted of an individual house, however the scope of works involved the demolition of the dwelling and the construction of four levels, plus basement, resulting in a multi-unit apartment building of 12 luxury apartments in Toorak. The development houses a secure basement garage, two apartments on the ground floor, four apartments on level one, four apartments on level two and two penthouses on level three. Occupying similar proportions as a small house, each apartment has the unique features of a traditional house, delivered in the context of a high-end modern apartment, complemented by nature.
