The scope of works for designing and outfitting the Kingston Display home was to demonstrate the high-quality standard inclusions that Virtue Homes offers in all their homes without the need for upgrades. The design was intended to be versatile and adaptable to accommodate a range of occupants, including families, professionals, or retirees. The layout was thoughtfully designed with practical spaces such as a quiet room or theatre, ample walk-in storage, a separate kids wing and living space, as well as generously sized rooms. Additionally, great attention was paid to ensuring the home’s frontage would suit most regional residential blocks with minimal modifications.
