Paying close attention to the client’s requirements with immaculately careful planning and execution, Superior Living Homes ensured that the final product met the true needs of this happy homeowner. The project involved creating a three-bedroom, two bathroom design for a downsizing client. The design and overall style of the home is modern contemporary, with ample natural light achieved throughout the home. The client was specifically interested in aspects of sustainable living and wanted the home to incorporate some energy efficient features, including insulation, double glazing, solar hot water, natural ventilation, high efficiency appliances and LED lighting.
