About the winning project
Southern Vale Homes were engaged to design and construct 12 new lifestyle retirement homes for over 55 occupants and provide continuing support to build out the existing development at the Wodonga Gardens Retirement Estate by ASPEN group. We worked closely with the new residents and the ASPEN group to ensure that all design aspects and new home selections were met and delivered on. As Wodonga Gardens Retirement Estate had existing dwellings, we were tasked with providing exterior and interior colours and selection solutions to fit in with existing homes, while working towards taking a slightly modern approach to the new homes to be built.
