All Saints Homestead is steeped in history as part of one of Victoria’s earliest wineries. The Homestead was built circa 1870 and is on the Victorian Heritage Register. The weatherboard building features soft curving archways, decorative dados and ornate ceiling roses. The home’s restoration has stripped away layers, honouring its original features and revealing a hidden history along the way. This includes handwritten notations and family crests uncovered in the process; now exposed and part of the intrigue of this important property. Significant efforts were made to preserve the properties history and to reuse heritage materials. Richly layered, the homestead celebrates a legacy and creates something remarkable for generations to come.
