Matthew Tennent began his carpentry journey at 18, gaining invaluable experience with Metricon and Henley Homes. By 26, he became a registered builder and founded Vigor Homes, where he now serves as the sole director. With a diploma in construction and more than nine years of experience delivering high-value homes, Matthew is dedicated to quality and local partnerships. His team, operating on a profit-sharing basis, reflects his commitment to staff retention. Influenced by mentors and passionate about sustainable building, Matthew’s focus on OHS and excellence has earned him the title of ‘2024 Residential Young Builder of the Year.’
