About the winning project
The design of Emerald Place offers a boutique experience within a grand vision, embracing the rich architectural history of the surrounding buildings. This extends to the kitchen as well. The large 3m long island bench, countertops, and splashback are adorned with honed natural stone, elevating the visual elegance of the kitchen while ensuring durability and a high-quality finish. The combined choices of material reflect the commitment to high-quality and premium materials sourced in the construction. The sophisticated design continues with energy-efficient Gaggenau appliances, including a 60cm built-in oven, 90cm induction cooktop and range hood, Gaggenau combi microwave oven, and integrated dishwasher, as well as a fully integrated Liebherr side-by-side fridge and freezer, and a large double sink. There is also a Zip tap and a Vintec wine fridge in the wall in scullery, which features an elegant drinks display, with mirrored back and LED lighting. The scullery also includes an additional sink, providing convenience and luxury.
