Inspired by the unique nature of the lifestyle driven site, Lowe Living sought to deliver a modernist approach to the design to emulate a relaxed coastal lifestyle that presents itself at Topaz Parkdale. Blending perfectly into its surroundings, Topaz is located a short stroll from Parkdale Village and amenities, combining exquisite design with private outdoor spaces just 30 minutes from the CBD and 20 minutes from the Mornington Peninsula. Topaz is named after the concept that “rays of light reflect the brilliance and clarity of a topaz gem”, so too the beauty of this seaside haven is captured in a rare collection of premium residences.
