About the winning project
Construction began with a basement, then two subsequent floors above. The basement includes a five-car garage with turntable, storage room, services room, bathroom and large functional space or multipurpose room. The ground floor was expertly designed for entertaining, with a large open-plan sitting, lounging, dining and kitchen area. All four bedrooms are located on the first floor, including three kids bedrooms, each with their own wardrobe and private ensuite. The master suite is separated towards the front of the floor, also consisting of a designated walk-in wardrobe and ensuite with double vanity and bath.
