About the winning project

Drawing inspiration from the surrounding landscape the clients’ vision was to seamlessly blend modern design and functionality with the natural beauty of the environment. Every aspect of the architecture was to be crafted to offer unparalleled visual delight from every vantage point. Externally the residence boasts a striking contemporary facade adorned with contrasting rendered features, anchored by a majestic stone wall spanning two levels. The integration of warm, natural timber elements for the roller door, entrance door and side gate adds a touch of inviting charm and enhances its street appeal. To further infuse warmth and character into the modern design, the design internally also incorporates rich timber accents that welcome you upon entry in the foyer with a soaring void that spans both levels with floor to ceiling timber lined paneling.
