About the winning project
From the infancy stages of the project, the client needed L.V.D Group to design and build a home for entertaining guests. The Providence provides a mixture of open-plan living for entertaining purposes and private areas for winding down and relaxation. The kitchen interior is timeless in the colours and materials chosen and provides an abundance of bench space, while the butler’s pantry forms an integral part of the kitchen, hosting an additional sink, dishwasher, extra shelving and storage space. Additional features of this family home include a fully carpeted theatre room, private retreat on the first floor and an alfresco equipped with a kitchenette.
