About the winning project

This beautiful extension and renovation includes the addition of a front entry/hallway, master bedroom with bay window, ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, additional bedroom with built-in wardrobes and raked ceilings in the existing living room to incorporate new triangle windows above the ceiling line. At the front of the house, the addition of a bullnose verandah, timber posts and decking ensures the extension perfectly blends in with the existing country style of the house. Going from a home with three bedrooms and one bathroom to a spacious and functional home with four bedrooms, a study and two bathrooms has made a huge difference for this growing young family.
