About the winning project
The design needed to compliment the corner block and to create a light filled home that was energy efficient with a Wow factor for the street presence. The home needed to include four bedrooms with walk-in wardrobes, a large main bedroom with a luxe style ensuite with twin vanities and an island bath. The laundry had to include ample storage and linen cupboard in hallway to provided additional storage. The living needed to be light filled and spacious and had to incorporate an easy living access from the street kerb to the front door of the display home for easy access to visitors.
