This weatherboard home is a reflection of the many homesteads that line the surrounding hills, a homage to the historic buildings in the town. This home is a juxtaposition between modern and traditional living – with a cottage/Hamptons look on the exterior, and the interior feel is bright, modern and sophisticated with the epitome of indoor/outdoor living. Starting at the inviting entryway, the house opens up through the main hallway to a large open plan, living, dining and kitchen space. The master area of this home includes a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, with custom window shutters for privacy. There are two more generous size bedrooms, a full bathroom and a separate toilet, which is adjacent to an additional lounge.
