The brief was simple to build a home that is not only energy efficient and full of character, but cost effective as well. Space efficient where needed and expansive where it matters, the three-bedroom, two-bathroom home flows exceptionally well. A combination of gable-ended and flat roof structures, external timber, and painted brickwork gives the home a feeling of warmth and subtlety.
