About the winning project
The Bismarck Residence welcomes all into an expansive ranch-style design, using a mixture of interior and exterior features including brickwork, spotted-gum, large exposed beams with engineered steel plates, wide eaves and double-gable Colorbond roof to the front facade. The clients briefed in a traditional, sprawling home without the need for split levels. The home is complete with a double-car garage, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and kitchen with a full pantry. They also created a study nook, rumpus room for the children and a central living space that leads out to alfresco – divided by a double-sided fireplace.
