About the winning project
This stunning new home is situated on a working rural property. The build team worked closely with the architects and owners to complete a range of works. The works included the house construction and aspects such as extensive electrical grid connection, plumbing services to water storages and working with the construction team associated with the breathtaking lap pool. With an intent to capture the 360-degree views from the ridgeline of the property, the clients were keen on balancing a need to maintain a farm-style ambience and functionality with a semi-industrial feel to the build. All zones in the house take advantage of the rural views via a high-end glazing package.
