A pre-existing site cut from the developer and a strict budget meant outside the box design was needed to create this dream home. The primary aim for the aesthetic was one of simplicity – a simple black-and-white colour scheme was used on the exterior, which exaggerated the clean lines of the structure. With a combination of an enviable outlook and a battleaxe block that is hidden from the road, the end result is a home that feels like a sanctuary. Like all homes built by G.J.
