About the winning project

Facadex was engaged to design, engineer, construct and install the external architectural saw tooth cladding, secondary support framing, parapets, balcony feature fins and shading. Their key strategy was to install the majority of the components to the CLT structural wall off-site, and install the large panels as part of the CLT structure sequence – a world first for a six level commercial construction project. The client vision for the ANMF Hotel; set out to provide a unique hotel solution on the edge of CBD while honouring the heritage overlay and original building.
