This double-storey dwelling showcases the highest level of quality workmanship. We used premium materials and first-class construction techniques to deliver a durable and aesthetically pleasing structure that will stand the test of time. In a street that is already populated with aesthetically pleasing homes, the clients wanted to create a point of difference through their unique design features. A waterfront view balcony, only accessible from the master bedroom, was implemented to give the property a heightened, elegant touch. There is also a frameless corner window in the home to maximise the waterfront views. Within the main residence, there is a separate guest wing for entertaining guests. This wing specifically overlooks the outside plunge pool to create a seamless flow from inside to outside entertaining.
