Croft Wootton Construction has been an accredited Green Living Builder since 2006 and incorporates industry-best practices for sustainable solutions in all projects. The company’s experience meant it was able to accommodate unexpected changes to the scope of works, delivering a home that sits at 18-20C without any additional heating or cooling, whilst quietly generating electricity that goes back on to the grid. The home is fully accessible from both the water and the land, even providing anyone with compromised ability full access to all levels of the house.
