About the winning project
Tasked with the significant challenge of expanding one of the nation’s largest orthodontic clinic buildings, Constructive Group undertook a comprehensive scope of works that not only preserved the integrity of a Classic Victorian facade but also seamlessly integrated modern functionality and expanded capacity. The works consisted of bored piers, site excavation, concreting works, construction of a double storey building and a basement making the space functional and practical for staff and patients alike.
