About the winning project
The artful Concept Build was tasked with building a throwback Palm Springsinspired home, that centred around an outdoor entertainment space. The building was to act as a blank canvas for the client to showcase ever-changing artwork and styling that wouldn’t date. A minimalistic approach included the grey-look concrete render floors, white acrylic render and large panels of glazing. Home automation was an important facet as the client wanted a house they could control off site, such as the Miele ovens, hydronic floors and front pedestrian gate.
