About the winning project
The scope of works for Queenscliff Recreation Reserve Amenities Building consisted of full demolition of the existing old brick caravan amenities block including foundations and incoming services. The quality of the construction represents the effort and eye for detail which the contractors contributed to the project. A mix of raw material and commercial finishes throughout the building presented challenges for the project, but all these were attended to providing a very high quality and well-finished project that will stand up to the harsh conditions that are found when located within 200 metres of the ocean.
