Members are also reminded that there is no legal requirement for those who are not bound by Industry EBA 2011-2015 to pass on these increases.

In addition, Modern Awards contain a range of allowances, including expense related allowances linked to CPI movements, with any increases also payable from ppc 1 July 2013.
