A primary goal of the Master Builders is to maintain and raise standards in the building industry.
Master Tradesman is an exciting new membership category which helps fulfil this ambition by recognising the most competent tradesmen within building and construction.
Research conducted with Master Builders trade subcontractors revealed that qualified tradesmen want the recognition they deserve, separating them from the industry's ‘cowboys’.
To address this need, the Association has launched Master Tradesman to deliver the following benefits to our industry:

Recognition of skilled tradesman among community and their peers;

A career progression for apprentices and tradesman; and,

Creation and enforcement of higher standards in the marketplace
