Our building surveyors and statewide network of building inspectors provide timely permit services for both commercial and domestic building projects anywhere in Victoria through our offices in East Melbourne, Mornington, Ballarat, Bendigo, Bacchus Marsh, Geelong and Wodonga.

Regulatory Advice
Advice is available on interpretation of building legislation and the technical provisions of the Building Code of Australia (BCA) including the array of associated Australian Standards. Expert opinions can also be provided.
BCA Performance Determinations & Fire Engineering Assessments
Our qualified building surveyors can assess alternative solutions under the BCA (including to fire safety matters) and arrange for fire engineering reports. These in-house performance determinations will save you months of delays in applying to the Building Appeals Board for modifications.
Reporting Authority Applications & Appeals
We can prepare applications to councils for siting dispensations, orapply to the fire brigade for consent to vary from code requirements.We can also assist with appeals to the Building Appeals Board.
